Common Help
- Enter only a first name when creating a song.
- If a name is already in the catalog, the song should be ready to play.
- If a name is not in the catalog, the app may offer a custom song generation purchase.
- Shared card links can be sent by iMessage, email, or copied link.
- The reminder option creates a local reminder. It does not automatically send a message.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. If you purchased a custom song generation and the song does not appear after processing, try reopening the app and checking the Jukebox tab. If the issue continues, contact us.
Content Rights
Birthday tracks are original songs generated for Happy Birthday Jukebox. The app does not download, convert, or save media from third-party audio or video services such as YouTube, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or Vimeo.
