Need help with Happy Birthday Jukebox or HappyBirthdaySong.com? This page covers the most common questions about creating, playing, purchasing, and sharing birthday songs.

Common Help

• Enter only a first name when creating a song.
• If a name is already in the catalog, the song should be ready to play.
• If a name is not in the catalog, the app may offer a custom song generation purchase.
• Shared card links can be sent by iMessage, email, or copied link.
• The reminder option creates a local reminder. It does not automatically send a message.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. If you purchased a custom song generation and the song does not appear after processing, try reopening the app and checking the Jukebox tab. If the issue continues, contact us.
